The focus of the work at the Bland County History Archives is recording the oral histories of this area of Appalachia. On this page we share links we have found and hope it helps others interested in the history of Appalachia. Following the list of Appalachian resources you will find sites that are particularly concerned with oral histories as well as sites of local and state interest. There is also great interest in geneological questions concerning Bland County and the surrounding area.
