| Spelled Wagner also. Bland County Deed Book 58 page 160. 18 July 1973 Lacy Wagner's heirs hired Sam L. Hardy as their representative giving him power of attorney to dispose of the lands of Lacy Wagner deceased. Waggoner and Wagner are interchanged in the records. Bland County Deed Book 58, page 764, 1 Oct 1973 Lacy Wagner's heirs listed as Francis Wagner, Nettie W. Davis, Alonzo F. Wagner, Mamie W. Coates, Elease W. Johnson. Lacy Wagner received this land from his father Wesley Waggoner. Excepted were 3 acres where Boysie Davis, husband of Nettie Davis dec'd property. Also reserved from this land were 25 acres sold to Robert E. Perkinson and Clare K. his wife Deed Book 48 pg. 449 April 1966. The rest of the lands about 173 acres, was conveyed to REP Sales Inc. with is a Robert E. Perkinson entity. |
