| Moses L. Booth attended VMI, was a Lieutenant, Co. D, 2nd VA Calvalry, CSA. He was killed in the Battle of 7 Pines at Union Church VA. Moses L. father (John DeWitt Booth) gave guardianship of his son to his namesake Moses G. Booth in his will after his death in 1852. So Moses L was taken care of by Moses Greer. This had to have been a blow for him to be killed in the Civil War. |
