| Notes for Thomas Burroughs | ||||||
| Thomas was a brother to James Burroughs, by whose will, or appraisal fo property in 1861, was listed "one negro boy-Bowker"- $400. This was the famous Booker T. Washington, who was just a small boy at this time. The Burrough, Ferguson and Booth lands adjoined one another. | ||||||
