It appearing to the court that James Sea has departed this life intestate; and that Susie Sea is his widow; on motion of John Sea the child and heir at law of James Sea, deceased, by his Guardian, John T. Black, by Attorney The court doth order that L. D. Repass, Wm H. French and L. P. Saunders be and they are hereby appointed commissioner and directed to assign to the said Susie Sea as tenant in dower for her life one- third of all the real estate where of the said James Sea or any other to his use, was at anytime. |
